Welcome Event

The Official Welcome Event

Optional Welcome Event: Rhythms of the Night We will be providing private transportation to a private boat for our group with Open Bar, at the island we will have our own dinner area and private section, Rhythm VIP, for the price of $139 USD per person (tax and insurance fees included). Please note that everyone attending the Welcome Event must meet in the Hotel Lobby at 4 pm Friday (5/3), as we have arranged transportation to/from the Port. Anyone who does not make the check-in time will have to find their own transportation. The tour check in time is at 4:10 pm at the Main Marina Puerto Vallarta Jalisco. The return time will be at 10:30pm.

Wedding

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

This will be a Black Tie Sunset Event

It's Black-Tie, so we want gowns to the ground. Bring your best red carpet look, be creative and elegant.

Breakfast/Lunch & Day at the Pool/Beach

10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Come Comfy and Ready for a Relaxing Day by the Pool

After what I am sure will be a long night of celebrations, we will slowly make our way down for breakfast and a day by the pool. No obligations, just a day to relax and recover, and say farewell to those that may be leaving Sunday. Cabanas will be available for reservations at Check-In.
