About the Food: Certified organic since 2002, Jorgensen Farms is dedicated to producing and cooking with seasonal, organic food. We believe when people eat natural, real food that is grown in healthy soil and prepared by hand, they taste and feel the difference. Animals are raised on pasture and vegetables and herbs are harvested from our gardens. When we don’t produce a product on our farm, we source it from artisan suppliers and growers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability whenever possible. Delicious bites and signature cocktails will be served before dinner!
