Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Deadline for RSVPs is April 21st. Please be courteous and abide by the deadline as the couple needs to report a final head count to their respective vendors. Thank you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We appreciate your presence on our special day and recognize that you have spent time and money to come celebrate with us. All gifts are optional and we thank you for being a part of our special day! If you feel inclined to gift us something we have a variety of 'funds' set up on the registry tab to contribute to our honeymoon fund or our home fund. We also have a registry set up with a few items that you may find on the registry tab with a separate link to a registry through Crate & Barrel. Thank you again!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4PM. Please try and be seated by 3:45PM. There is free parking available and a staff member will escort you up to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Most guests will be in semi-formal - formal attire! We can't wait to see you!

Are kids welcome?

We are hosting a 'mostly' adults only time. The exception to this will be our flower girl and ring bearer who are included in our ceremony. Thank you for your understanding & for further questions please feel free to contact Haylie at 763-370-8033!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the 'travel' tab on our website. We have a block of rooms for you at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott located in Weaverville. This is the closest hotel option to our venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do!!! We want to be as accommodating as possible. However, please note that our requests to the caterer must be submitted by April 21st. Please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can make sure we have a plan for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time we are not planning to have organized transportation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Ubers/Lyfts are available though can take a bit more time to arrive in the mountains. Plan accordingly & please drive responsibly!
