Frequently Asked Questions

The Wedding Website of Hayley Paige Moser and Christopher Jacob Lingerfelt
If you have any questions, Jacob and Hayley are always happy to help!
Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Please let Hayley or Jacob know if you would like to bring them or if you plan to have a date night without them! We can see what we can do, as our venue does have limited accommodations. As a heads up though, there will be alcohol, artwork, and possibly explicit music. Your RSVP link should provide more information to guests amounts.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Hi, your invitation link to RSVP should list the number of guests with names you can invite, but feel free to reach out to Hayley or Jacob.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal! Jacob asks that there be no blue jeans. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to Hayley or Jacob! Just as a heads up, bridesmaids will be in golds and champagne, groomsmen and fathers of bride and groom will be in black suits, and mothers of the bride and groom will be in black.

Question

What time should I be there?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. We ask that guest arrive a little early to be seated.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking on the weekends at Jackson Ave Lot (401 W. Jackson Avenue) (www.downtownknoxville.org/jackson-ave-lot), right next to the venue. Another option is the Crowne Plaza Garage (401 W. Summit Hill Drive) (www.downtownknoxville.org/crowne-plaza-garage/). Payment is required ($10 per day | $15 per day with valet). Metered parking is on Gay Street, Depot Avenue, and South-Central Street. These are 30 cents per hour with a 10-hour limit. Free after 6 pm and Sundays. There is also metered parking on the 100 and 200 blocks of Gay Street that charge $1.50 per hour with a 2-hour-limit. This is also free after 6 pm and Sundays. You can reserve parking meters at www.knoxvilletn.gov/residents/streets_traffic_transit/parking. Also, feel free to park in a downtown Knoxville parking garage. There is parking underneath the bridge next to Barley's Pizza and Taproom in downtown Knoxville (along Magnolia Avenue and Gay Street) and in Old City lots (North and South) (www.downtownknoxville.org/old-city-lot-north/ and www.downtownknoxville.org/old-city-lot-south/). Ubers & Lyfts are usually available in Knoxville.
