Travel
Flights: For guest flying we recommend flying in Wednesday morning/noon and fly out Sunday evening. This will ensure we have enough time to and from the airbnb (since it is a 3 hour drive from the airport) and guarantee local transportation
Transportation: Guest locally will help getting to and from the Airbnb for those arriving Wednesday and leaving Sunday. Please inform Zecheriah or Hayley your travel details asap so we can arrange pick-up and drop-off
Accommodations: We have rented out the Lazy H Ranch from August 19th-23rd. Which can fit up to 50 guest, there is a fine if we exceed that amount so NO PLUS ONES. Your spot in the ranch is guaranteed with your deposit
Food: We will arrange food once we get closer to the date. Please let us know if you have any food allergies
