We cannot wait to celebrate our love with our favorite people on our wedding day! February of 2027 marks 6 years together. Here's a peek into our story...

Zach and Hayley matched on Hinge in September of 2020. They went on their first date a month later at Bonefish Grill in Towson, where, unbeknownst to Hayley, Zach was an employee and used his discount. Hayley was SO nervous that her roommate, Julia, had to drag her downstairs to his car. Hayley and Zach had a fantastic first date where the conversation never died down. Zach even taught Hayley how to use chopsticks! Hayley KNEW she wanted to see him again.

Hayley went home to New York for the holidays, but when she got back to Maryland, Zach begged to see her again! They had a few dates, which Zach convinced Hayley to come over to meet his new puppy Calvin (and Hayley couldn't resist a dog). In January of 2021, Zach asked to go steady, but Hayley replied "Give me one more month!". Thankfully, Zach stuck around. On February 13, 2021, Zach got an early Valentine's Day gift when Hayley said she was ready to go official and give Zach the title of her first boyfriend! Don't worry, Cal gave his approval, too. Zach texted Hayley "Good morning!" every day from then until they moved in together in December of 2021.

Hayley met Zach's mom-Ann, in Spring of 2021, and his Aunts and Uncles shortly later. Zach got the stamp of approval from Hayley's mom-Maria, dad-Phil, and brothers-Casey and Landon, when they came to town for her graduation from Towson in May of 2021. The following summer, Zach took a trip out to California to meet the rest of the Taylor family!

Zach and Calvin bunked with Hayley in her apartment in Towson for two weeks before he moved into his first town house; it was a perfect trial run. After Zach and Cal moved into their place, Hayley spent the night and never left! In December of 2021, Hayley officially ended her lease, and they became a family of 3 in Parkville.

After a rough summer where Hayley's three childhood dogs passed away within two months, Hayley knew she needed a Pug in her life. She convinced Zach to "just go look" at a boston terrier-pug mix. They both knew they would be bringing a puppy home. Calvin took to Poppy immediately, and they were complete as a family of four!

As a realtor, Zach helped nudge Hayley to move forward purchasing their first home. They found a quaint Cape Cod style home in Pikesville, with a gorgeous deck and big backyard for the dogs. Over the years, they've done many house projects, such as redoing the roof, refinishing the floors, and fencing in the backyard. Here's to many... MANY... more projects to come!

Zach and Hayley have been fortunate to travel many places. From quick weekend trips (Charlottesville, Roanoke, Shenandoah Mountains, New York City), to visiting family (Whidbey Island, Los Angeles, Denver, Del Ray), and vacations together (Seattle, Cape Cod, Catalina Island, Atlanta), so many incredible memories have been made! Together, they've also supported each other through grad school, new jobs, new cars, and helping family move. They are excited for countless more life moments to cherish.

After ring shopping in May of 2025, Hayley knew Zach was developing a plan. It was very hard for her to hold in questions and not know when it was going to happen! When Zach's childhood best friend and his girlfriend (Chase and Lauren), asked them to come visit them in Watertown, NY, Hayley began to grew suspicious. Lauren told Hayley to bring a nice outfit for dinner, and when Hayley asked about plans, they were all awkwardly quiet. On the day of, Chase and Lauren *unexpectedly* had to meet up with them later for their plans. After exploring the village of Clayton on the water, they met up with Chase and Lauren at a cute restaurant where there was a reserved igloo with champagne and Christmas decorations. They went out on the dock to take pictures (and Hayley told Zach she saw a gray hair on his head), and Zach finally popped the question! Hayley shouted "I knew it!!!!", and everyone around cheered. Lauren and Chase filled the day with fun surprises, such as a cake, drinks, and a delicious dinner. Zach surprised Hayley with a room at the Thousand Island Hotel to end their special day.
