How will you safely proceed with your ceremony?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will be holding our ceremony outdoors on the large patio space at the LedgeCrest Reserve. Each chair will be properly sanitized prior to your arrival. We will spread out seats as much as possible for optimal spacing. Multiple hand sanitizers have been installed throughout the venue and a venue attendant will be regularly sanitizing tables, door handles, bathrooms, etc.

How will you safely serve dinner?

Answer

We will assure there is more than 6ft between tables & will do our best to seat family members from the same household together. For dinner, we will have several food stations at which a server, with a mask on, will be serving the food to each guest. There will be a table in front of the food stations so that guests can't get too close to the food. We will spread the stations out throughout the venue to create space & decrease lines. We will have multiple different bars to decrease lines. Our bartenders will be behind plexiglass. You will be given a new cup for each drink. A card with a chip is the preferred method to buy drinks - please bring one if you have one!

How big is the venue?

Answer

The inside of our venue allows for 400 seated guests. There will be less than 150 guests invited to our event. There are two outdoor patios. Weather permitting, we will put up tents outside if need be to increase space. This is a very spacious venue that will allow for social distancing.

Will you provide masks?

Answer

We will provide masks for any guest who feels more comfortable wearing one. You may also wear a mask of your own.
