Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your kids, we do want to emphasize that this is an adult party with adult beverages and adult music. Please do not bring children under the age of 10 to either the ceremony or reception without first discussing with the bride and groom. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I have my phone out during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone's phone is silenced and put away during the wedding ceremony. However, we fully encourage you to take pictures during the reception!

What is for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be served to everyone and there is an option for almost every diet. There is a beef option, chicken option, fish option, and vegetarian option. Additionally, there is a cocktail hour in between the ceremony and the reception. You will be able to pick your meal when you RSVP

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Westfields Golf Club will be providing water, soft drinks, beer, and wine. However, there will be not mixed drinks available. Please enjoy responsibly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to meet the special person in your life, however, it will be noted on your invitation whether you can bring a date.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot in front of the building and Westfields Golf Club closes the club to the golfers on days where there are weddings so there should be no issue finding parking.

Can I request a song?

Answer

Of course you can! Hayley and Richard love all kinds of music and you can put in a song request under the "Arrival Time" section on the RSVP page.
