WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We request that you please be in your seats at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure that we can start the ceremony & the party as scheduled!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

WHERE SHOULD I PARK? IS PARKING FREE?
Answer
Villa Woodbine has limited parking. If you will be staying at the any of the hotels listed on our travel page, we will provide transportation to and from the venue. If you decide to stay at a location outside of the recommended hotels, we encourage you to utilize Uber or Lyft.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

To stay within capacity of Villa Woodbine, we have a set guest list and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

While we love your little ones, we are only able to invite the children of immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us!

WILL THERE BE OTHER EVENTS OUTSIDE OF THE RECEPTION & CEREMONY?

Yes! We look forward to having a drink with you the night before the wedding at the rooftop bar of the East Hotel! We will also reserve a section at the Wharf the day after the wedding from 12-2PM if you would like to continue the celebration with us! We also encourage you to experience all the joy and beauty Miami has to offer, so please don’t feel obligated to attend any of these events.
