Tracy Aviary
We've visited the aviary in Liberty Park many times since moving to Salt Lake. You could easily spend 2 hours walking the paths looking at over 300 species of birds from around the world.
Loveland Living Planet Aquarium
The aquarium is another one of our favorite places to visit. It's organized by region, and each section has immersive exhibits that make you feel like you're underwater. Just don't drop your phone in the open tanks - ifkyk 😉
Visit Park City
Park City is an iconic spot in the area. It's a 30min drive from Salt Lake, and definitely worth the trip. The old-timey city is nestled up in the Wasatch mountain range and bordered by two famous ski resorts and Olympic Park. In town, Main Street is lined with buildings built during the 19th century silver mining boom. You'll find plenty of things to do and eat in this area.
