COVID-19
Answer
We are well aware that weddings are difficult in these current times. If due to your own personal safety or your concerns for at risk family members/friends, we completely understand if you need to decline our invitation. Please note when making your decision that we have invited guests who are immediate family and close friends. The venue is rented only to our event for the entire weekend, with no outside individuals permitted to be in attendance other than staff. The venue is indoor/outdoor with an open outside area to provide maximum social distancing to guests. Masks will be required in the church for guests, and upon your discretion during cocktail hour & reception. All staff and vendors will be masked however. If you would like to ask about further details do not hesitate to reach out to Hayley or Ken directly. We hope to see you on our wedding day!

What is Oak Lodge and where is everything located?
Answer
Oak Lodge is a self contained venue. All events will take place on the Oak Lodge property, and lodging is available as an option. As you can see from the picture located above - the events of the wedding will take place in Jimberg Village. Though the events will move from building to building within the village. The parking lot is located right next to the village, making everything very accessible.

Dress Code
Answer
The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. Please wear comfortable clothing for mid-June, since this will be an indoor/outdoor event. The venue has walking paths from building to building, but flats and sensible shoes are encouraged.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love everyone and your children, but we have decided to have an adult only event. The exception to this rule will be our flower girls, Ava Rose Lee & Laila Jean Lee.
Question
When can I book my cabin?
Answer
You may call the venue to book your cabin as of April 5, 2021. All cabins are only available to invited guests of the bride and groom. The venue will be closed to the public during our wedding weekend. Please note when booking a cabin that you must mention you will be attending the Rieg/Berkopec Wedding on June 26, 2021.

Parking?
Answer
There is plenty of on-site parking. There will be signage directing you to the parking lot. All events will take place at Oak Lodge, so once you are parked in the main lot you will not have to move your vehicle at all for the reception. If you are staying at the lodge, the wedding and reception will be in walking distance. However, you are more than welcome to park your car at the main lot and pick it up there in the morning.
