FAQs

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be held outdoors at a family ranch in Texas. Since the weather can be unpredictable, we encourage guests to come prepared for rain or shine. Please keep the dress code in mind while also choosing attire and shoes that will be comfortable outdoors. Restroom facilities will be located outside, and we kindly ask that guests do not enter the hosts’ home.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that women wear dresses in shades of green and men wear black suits with a tie. Since our celebration will take place outdoors, we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats for comfortable yet formal footwear. Texas weather can be unpredictable, so please plan for both sunshine and the possibility of rain. Feel free to bring a jacket or umbrella to stay comfortable throughout the day.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 19, 2025. Your timely response helps us finalize all the little details with our venue and vendors. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we may not be able to accommodate guests who RSVP after this date. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us prepare for a wonderful celebration!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon and Crate & Barrel. You can head to the “Registry” tab on our website to check out more!

Question

What is the wedding weekend itinerary?

Answer

You can view all of the events for our wedding weekend by clicking on the Schedule tab above. From welcome festivities to the big day itself, we’ve planned moments to celebrate, connect, and enjoy together. We’d love for you to join us at any (or all!) of the events you’re able to attend, and we can’t wait to celebrate this special weekend with you.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will have parking available but need to shuttle guest over to the property, so please give yourself extra time to arrive by 3:30. We are recommending that guest park by no later than 3 to provide enough time to get to the property. Additional details will be shared with guests who RSVP. We’ll send out a text or email with specific instructions for the ceremony. This helps us respect the property owners and ensure only confirmed guests attend. Please note that only those who have RSVP’d will be given the location details and admitted.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

This is an intimate wedding so we are requesting no plus 1s. Your invitation should include the names of all the guest invited or appear when you RSVP. If you still aren't sure, you will need to reach out to Josh or Hayley directly.
