Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is Black Tie Optional. We will be dressing our best and we would love for you to do the same! Ladies, please wear floor length or midi length dresses with evening purses. Gentlemen, please wear tuxedos or dark suits with ties.

When should I RSVP by?

RSVPs will not be accepted past May 1st. Thank you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided from the ALoft hotel to the ceremony starting at 2 pm. Last shuttle is 25 mins prior to the ceremony. There will also be a shuttle that will run between the ceremony and the reception locations for guests. No shuttle will be provided at the conclusion of the reception. Please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony doors will close precisely at 2:55 pm, ceremony begins at 3:00 pm. As this is a church service, please arrive at 2:45 pm.

Only children listed on invitations are welcome at all events.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at both ceremony and reception. Cars are permitted overnight at Ariel International Center if needed!
