Maid of Honor
Alyssa (Leah) has been a huge part of my life and has supported me through everything. Leah is the big sister I always knew I needed and she has been that for me and so much more. When deciding who my Maid of Honor was going to be I knew instantly and there was no doubt in my mind that Leah was fit for the role. Leah I am so excited to have you by my side on my special day, there is no other person who could fill these shoes other than you and there is not a single person who has impacted my life the way you have.
Bridesmaid
Christy has been one of my longest childhood friends and is one I consider my family. I have know Christy my entire life and she has always been a role model for me. We used to spend our childhood dressing up playing princesses and different games Christy came up with. I always looked up to Christy and see her as a big sister. Christy is one that always lifts me up when I am down, encourages me in my times of struggle, and rejoices in my times of celebration. Christy is the most supportive and loving friend I have ever met and I cannot wait to have her by my side on my special day.
Bridesmaid
Hannah is yet another longtime childhood friend, Hannah and I were two peas in a pod growing up. We are only four months apart and we did everything together as kids. Growing up with Hannah we were always up to something whether that was playing with barbies or lighting matches just to see what would happen. Hannah was the friend that would come and help me clean my room so I could play outside. Hannah and I have grown up together from birth to now and have gone through almost every milestone together. Hannah I am so happy you are going to share this milestone with me and by my side.
Best Man
Javon was my best friend. We lived close by to each other so we carpooled for activities and would ride bikes around town. Our friendship was a brotherhood, and he was as real as they come. As an only child, my friends became my family and Javon was somebody I was beyond thankful to have in my corner. He was somebody I knew I could be my true self around, and he would always match my energy. He was quiet but always had a fire in his heart to make a life for himself. As we entered this next stage of life, I drew huge inspirations seeing him navigate life on his own. Javon was always a kind soul and was loved by many. Though you may not be next to me on my most important day, I know you are in the spirit.
Groomsman
Shelton and I had met at Dicks Sporting Goods, fresh into COVID season. We started as coworkers and are now good friends. We could tell you endless stories of our experiences there but would rather talk about the memories made outside of those walls. Shelton is someone I am very thankful to have in my life, he is someone resilient and someone I can relate to. I know I can count on him if I ever need advice or just want to chop it up. Shelton and I have shared many fun and memorable moments throughout our times and I am beyond glad to have met him.
Groomsman
Joseph and I have grown up together and have a lot of memories between the two. We became close in middle school, where we found out we rode the same bus, and noticed we both were running track. One thing led to another and Joseph and I were at the park, cooking random dishes off of a camp burner. Joseph has taught me a lot, and at times has felt like the angel on my shoulder, nudging me into the right direction. He inspires me every day to chase your dreams no matter how hard the path. Regardless of what the future may hold, I am thankful to have had someone like Joseph in my life.
Groomsman
Kobe has been my buddy since the seventh grade. We always gravitated towards each other due to our similar interests and sprouted a friendship from there. Kobe has always been a very considerate, down to earth kind of guy. He sticks to his guns and stands up for the things that are right. Kobe does a lot for others without asking for anything in return, something I really respect and admire. He is an infectiously positive person, so much so, that it is impossible to stay in a bad mood around him. I am proud of Kobe for the man he is becoming and for the friend he has always been.
