Flight
Both Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport are approximately the same distance from Athens, GA, making either airport a convenient option for guests traveling to the celebration. There will be more flights into Atlanta with more rental car options, but you may have to fight Atlanta traffic (especially on a Friday).
Flight
Both Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport are approximately the same distance from Athens, GA, making either airport a convenient option for guests traveling to the celebration. There will be less flight options into Greenville, but for guests with flexibility in travel plans, this is a great option to bypass Atlanta traffic.
