Flight
The nearest airport is in Gunnison (GUC), about 35 minutes away and the most convenient option. For a more affordable option, Denver (DEN) is about a 4.5 drive. There's a bus that runs from Denver to CB daily. If you rent a car, the drive over Cottonwood Pass or Monarch Pass is super pretty, but keep in mind that it is steep and winding in some areas, so allow extra time and drive with care!
Travel Note
If you're flying into Gunnison, book a shuttle with Black Canyon Limo to get to CB/Mt. CB. Use code WEDDING15 for 15% off. Book in advance as they will fill up. Alpine Express runs a shared shuttle that’s cheaper for 1-2 passengers. Rental cars are available at the airport too. Once you’re in CB, the free transportation is very easy and convenient!
