When do I need to book my travel?

Answer

We are asking that our guests contact our travel coordinator, Kari, by October 2021. You will then provide a $450 deposit that will go towards your trip. She will take care of the rest (rooms, flights, hotel transfers, etc)! The final amount will be due in April 2022

What does the package price include?

Answer

The resort is all inclusive! So the price Kari provides you will be for your flights, a room (up to three guests per room), transportation to and from the hotel, and all you can eat or drink for your stay!

Can I book my own travel? or part of it?

Answer

Of course! Although the group discounts on flights and room blocks are all coordinated by our travel coordinator. If you book separately, you will not get the same group rates.

What do I bring?

Answer

Most importantly... YOURSELVES! Other than that, there are a few restaurants on the property that require pants for men and close toed shoes, so keep that in mind when packing! It also may be beneficial to bring some $1 bills for tipping if you feel inclined!
