Question

What should we plan to wear?

Answer

Funky Formal! Dress to impress with fun colors, textures, and patterns. We can't wait to be dazzled! Just kindly avoid wearing jeans, white tones or a primarily white toned pattern. Our venue is mostly outdoors in a stunning nature setting, so please avoid a stiletto and bring an additional layer!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to plan as far in advance as possible in order to accommodate all of our guests. We kindly ask that you RSVP for your party no later than September 18th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive at approximately 4:30pm to find your way down to our ceremony site. Our ceremony site will be outdoors (weather pending) in a stunning wooded setting. There is gravel and a slight down grade to walk to our ceremony location. Our venue will be providing a couple of golf carts to help bring down any guests with mobility issues to find their seats.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that our wedding is child-free. Though we love them, the venue is heavily wooded and prefers an adult-only celebration for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a courtesy block of hotel rooms at Aloft Columbus Westerville (see Travel page for details)! Simply call and mention our names when booking or use the discount code on the back of your invitation to reserve your room at a discounted rate. You are welcome to choose your own lodging as well, however, we will have shuttles arriving at the hotel prior to the ceremony to take any guests who do not wish to drive themselves. Those same shuttles will return at the end of the evening to bring guests back to the hotel as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have a specific need, please let us know as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our caterer.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking space at our venue should you wish to drive yourself. If you wish not to drive, a shuttle will arrive at Aloft Columbus Westerville at approximately 3 and 4pm to bring guests to our ceremony and will return at the end of the night to bring you back to the hotel. Uber and Lyft will also be accessible.
