Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is Dressy attire for a outdoor /indoor wedding with a western flair. We don't need you to wear a suit and tie. Please feel free to wear jeans and a button down and cocktail or sundresses welcome! Please no shorts or plain everyday t shirts.

Open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We will be having a cash bar as we both don't drink but we won't take that away from everyone. We will be paying for cocktail hour before the reception, once the reception starts it will turn into a cash bar.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather will be warm like summer days but will cool down once the sun goes down.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. They will be at the same place and parking will be available at the venue.

What to expect after the ceremony.

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking photos nearby for around an hour. Guest can head into the reception hall and enjoy the finger foods and cocktail hour, yard games will be available too. (Cornhole, Photo Booth,etc)

What food is to be expected for reception?

Answer

We will be serving buffet style taco bar along with Mac and cheese, mostaccioli, salad bar. We will have a dessert table for guests as well after dinner. This will include bite sized desserts, ( brownies, cookies, cake pops, cupcakes)

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to and from the hotel to the venue as the venue is 1.5 miles away from the hotel. There will be amble parking on the venue grounds.

Will my kids be allowed?

Answer

Yes we are allowing kids at your discretion.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before 5pm as the ceremony will be starting then. If you arrive after 5 please don't try to sit at the ceremony, you are more than welcome to watch from afar.

Are phones allowed at the ceremony?

Answer

Please refrain from taking pictures with your phone, we will have an excellent photographer and videographer there on site to take care of that. Please do not stand in the isle to get a picture either.
