When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 20, 2026. Due to venue and catering requirements, anyone who has not responded by this date will unfortunately not be able to attend.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We cannot wait to celebrate with those we love on this day! This is an intimate wedding so we cannot accommodate for extra guests. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kid?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this wedding will be adults only. Take this night as a date-night out!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many hotels and Airbnbs in the Hood River area. This location does book quickly as it is a tourist location due to the locals breweries and wind-surfing. We recommend booking lodging as soon as you are able. Please see the lodging page for specific hotel information.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:00 - 3:30pm! We will have a shuttle operating from downtown Hood River to the venue. Shuttle times and locations are currently TBD.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle doing two pick-ups and two drop-offs in downtown Hood River. Timing and exact locations are TBD. Hood River does not have Uber/Lyft so we encourage you to stay in downtown Hood River to be close to our arranged transportation without driving if you are planning to drink!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are 75 parking spots available at The Orchard. Cars cannot be left overnight and are subject to towing as well as being at risk to farm equipment. Please ensure that cars are off the property the night of the wedding at 10:00pm.

Will there be any other events the weekend of the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are having a Welcome Party on September 19, 2026 at Hood River Brewing Company. See the ‘Schedule’ page for details.

Do we need to worry about weather?

Answer

Our wedding is outdoors! If it rains, there will be tents. We recommend you bring a jacket as it often cools down at night and shoes that are comfortable to wear in grass.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes- our registry is now on the website! We have included some household upgrades for those who want to purchase gifts. We have also included a honeymoon fund for those who want to contribute for our trip to Croatia.
