Camping/RV's are allowed and encouraged at the venue for Friday and/or Saturday night. I will need a count of how many RV's we are going to have so please let me know!
If you are looking into Airbnb's, check Portola, Calpine, Sierraville and Loyalton which are closest to the venue.
Hotels in Truckee and Reno are an hour away.
Reno-Tahoe International Airport is the closest.
Sacramento and San Francisco are also options but are a few hours away.
