Shuttle

Shuttle Service provided by Hyatt Place

September 23, 2023 4:30 pm - 11:30 pm

A shuttle will be available starting at 4:30 pm with the last shuttle leaving the hotel at 5:10 pm to ensure everyone arrives at our ceremony on time. Ceremony begins at 5:30 pm. The shuttle will then be available for pick up back to the hotel starting at 9 pm and ending at 11:30 pm. Our reception will end at 11 pm. Please utilize the shuttle service, but also please be on time! We want everyone to enjoy their night and not worry about finding a way back to the hotel!

Flight

Nashville International Airport (BNA) or Louisville Internationl Aiport (SDF)

For our out of town guests, we recommend flying into Nashville, TN (BNA) as Bowling Green, KY is easily accessible and is only a one hour drive north. Louisville, KY (SDF) is a one hour and fifty minute drive to Bowling Green, KY.
