We invite you to dress in cocktail attire and have fun with it! Women are welcome to wear dresses of any length, and men may wear suits or sport coats (ties optional). Color is encouraged - feel free to wear something festive and celebratory. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with dinner and dancing indoors. Sunglasses are recommended for the outdoor portions, and you may be walking briefly on grass, so choose footwear accordingly.

Yes, shuttles will be available to and from our wedding on Saturday. Shuttles will depart from both Hotel Thaynes and Main Street at 3:45 PM. Shuttles will return to those spots hourly beginning at 8 PM. The final shuttles will leave River Bottoms Ranch at 11 PM. Ubers are typically readily available near downtown Park City, but are not reliable late at night from Midway.
Yes, parking is available at River Bottoms Ranch if you would prefer to drive. Please note that cars cannot be left overnight.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Bring some sunglasses and shoes you don't mind wearing in the grass. We will head inside for dinner and dancing.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:45. Please plan to arrive by 4:30 to take your seat and get comfortable. If you are taking the shuttles, they will drop off at River Bottoms Ranch by 4:30.
Park City is beautiful in August. Expect warm, sunny days, low humidity, and cool evenings. Daytime temperatures are typically in the high-70s, with evening temperatures dipping into the 50s.
