You can hike up to the observatory or drive up. Amazing view of all of L.A and fun to explore inside.
It truly is one of the happiest places on earth.
Really great touristy place to see the beach side of L.A including views of Malibu and down the coast and you can ever ride a rollercoaster. Recommend renting a bike near the pier and riding it all the way down to Venice along the famous boardwalk. Maybe you'll see Barbie and Ken rollerblading!
Don't miss driving along the famous PCH (Pacific Coast Highway). Stop along the way at any beach you want. Zuma has lot's of parking and is good for kiddos.
The WB studios tour is so fun and great to learn about how movies are made! Both Alex and Hayley have worked on the lot also!
Very fun amusement park. Cheaper and closer than Disneyland too if you are limited on time.
Make sure you visit this other worldly park. It's the reason Alex and Hayley are getting married in JT. It's like nothing you've ever seen. Here's our favorite hikes with distances below: - Hidden Valley - 1 mile (1.6 kms) loop. You can see so many fun rock formations and desert plants on this little hike. You can go off path and climb rocks but don't get lost! - Skull Rock - 1.7 miles (2.7 kms) loop. You can view the skull rock by the road but the hike takes you along a fun route to see more of the desert. - Split Rock Loop - 2.4 miles (3.8 kms) loop. This loop features rock formations, wild life and desert landscapes. Really nice one. - Barker Dam - 1.3 miles (2 kms) loop. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 26 min to complete. - Ryan Mountain - 2.9 miles (4.6 kms) in and out. A generally harder one as it's mostly up hill at first but incredible panorama views at the top.
Really great local feels kind of vibe and right near the entrance the Joshua Tree National Park. Great bar good and desert vibes.
In Joshua Tree - Book in for an amazing sound bath in this incredible structure that was originally created in the 50s to connect with aliens! Definitely worth checking out!
