A shuttle will be running from the Hampton Inn & Suites in Boone to and from the wedding venue before the ceremony and periodically towards the end of the evening. Feel free to take advantage of this whether or not you're actually staying there! ***Shuttle buses will arrive at the Hampton Inn by 3:45 and will be depart at exactly 4 PM***

This is the closest place to the wedding venue. Nice, affordable accommodations right on the Blue Ridge Parkway! It has just 12 rooms, and although blocked for our guests, will be first come first serve. If you are looking for an outdoor getaway close to hiking, waterfalls, and other natural wonders, this might suit you better than being near town! Call them at 336-877-5200 to figure out what the deal with booking is.

This hotel is located on the east side of the town of Boone which makes it the closest hotel in Boone to the venue. Its about 30 min drive to venue from here, and a shuttle will be provided before and after. We have 30 rooms blocked with a group rate of 10% off advertised price.... so book when its a good advertised price! The group name is "Carey/Grabner Wedding"

The closest airports CLT and AVL are about an 2 hours away. CLT is Charolette and AVL is Ashville. Another option is Raleigh/Durham which is about 3 hours away.
