Matron of Honor
We met at the University of Tennessee our freshman year. We ended up becoming best friends, and were even roommates for 7 years. No one loves Justin Timberlake as much as I do, except for Jennifer, and we have seen him in concert 5 times together.
Best Man
William is John's younger brother by 8 years. John always says that his life changed when William came into his world, but all for the best. He is so excited to have is brother and best friend as his Best Man.
Matron of Honor
Brittany and I met through Jennifer when we were both in need of a roommate. We lived together in SoKno for a year, where we became best friends. I borrowed an outfit from her for my blind date with John, so she knows what she's doing when it comes to fashion! We have been there for each other through some big life changes, and I can't wait for her to be by my side through the next!
Groomsman
John and David go way back to the days of kindergarten. As lifelong friends, they have shared many great memories together. They each have a love for playing tennis, Tom Petty, and a good cold beer.
Bridesmaid
Lynley and I both grew up in Franklin, Tennessee, but did not really get to know each other until our first teaching jobs at South-Doyle High School. No one supports my shopping habit, and eating "something good" more than her.
Groomsman
John met Lance in college, but became close friends after graduation. They both love the Atlanta Braves and of course, everything UT. In their spare time, they catch home runs and visit the Braves clubhouse. Be sure to ask the about this at the reception. Go Braves!
Bridesmaid
Julia and I met at a mutual friend's wedding. We ended up being the only ones on the dance floor, and have been friends ever since. We love tailgating in the fall and a good Sunday Funday together. We're even going to have the same last name!
Groomsman
John and Wade met 10 years ago through mutual friends. Since then, they have been in a small group together and enjoy watching just about every sport played at UT - Go Vols! If it's nice outside, I know I can find John and Wade on a patio somewhere planning their next reason to celebrate. Wade has been there since the beginning of our relationship and we are so excited he will be involved in this celebration.
Bridesmaid
We were introduced by Lynley when Christen was looking for her first teaching job. She got a job at Bearden Middle School, where I teach, and we immediately became friends. We love a good drink, shopping, and convincing our students we're half siblings.
Groomsman
John and Charlie met in 2003 at UT. From college parties, to football games, and on to Jazzfest and exploring New Orleans, there is never a dull moment with these two. They are always looking for the next best kept secret in the food world no matter where they are. Speaking of, they have a friendly reminder for you - say no to gulf oysters. Cheers!
Bridesmaid
I walked into my house in South Knoxville one night, and was greeted by Olivia who was in my roommate's dog bed. Obviously, we've been great friends ever since. She calls me Brody, and we love trivia nights, and a funny snap chat filter. She is the Josh Dobbs to my Jauan Jennings.
Groomsman
John and Peter met at UT in 2003. Peter has been there through through it all. Every time they see each other, it's like they are in college again.
