2010: Hayley and Chuck met when they were only 13 years old at a mutual friend's birthday party. 
 2014: Over the years, they stayed good friends until senior year of high school, when Chuck asked Hayley to be his girlfriend. Their first date was at Ruby Tuesday. 
 2015: Hayley and Chuck graduated from high school, Chuck from Cedar Crest and Hayley from Lebanon Catholic. 
 2015-2021: Hayley attended school at Misericordia University to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Chuck visited her frequently and she came home when she could. Chuck obtained his associate's degree in business and began working with his dad at Chucky's Auto Sales. 
 August 2021: Chuck popped the big question while he and Hayley were on vacation in Cape May, NJ. Right before the proposal, Hayley wouldn't stop talking and was giving Chuck a history lesson about the Cape May ferry.
