Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel
We've reserved a block of rooms at this hotel for guests who'd like to stay close to the venue - because who doesn't love convenience (and a DD home at the end of the night)? A shuttle will pick guests up from this location and bring everyone straight to the celebration at St. Mary's Golf & Country Club. At the end of the night, the shuttle will also return guests back to the hotel. If you plan to use the shuttle, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure there's room for everyone! The room block is available from Friday, May 15 to Sunday, May 17, but you're welcome to book just one night if that's all you need. Rooms are limited in the block, we recommend you book as soon as possible to ensure you secure a spot. Please note: the hotel has let us know that early check-ins before 3PM on Saturday, May 16 may not be available - so plan accordingly if you're arriving that day! To book under our wedding block, call the hotel and let them know our names and wedding date and they will book a room for you. Alternatively, you can book online outside of our room block.

The Parlour Inn, Ascend Hotel Collection
Although we don't have a wedding block at the Parlour Inn, this is an alternative spot if you're looking to stay in the heart of downtown Stratford! You can still utilize the shuttle service to and from the wedding - just have to get your butt to the Best Western Hotel at the shuttle time slot!

A shuttle bus will be arriving at the Best Western Arden Park Hotel at 3:30pm for guest pickup to bring everyone to the venue. Bus will be leaving promptly at 3:45pm to arrive at the venue by 4:15pm.
