Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 1, 2026, and we would love to hear from you sooner if possible! You can reply by using the RSVP tab. Kindly note that we are only able to accommodate guests who have responded by this date!

Our colors are black so please do not wear anything besides that. We ask that you do not wear jeans. If you are in doubt its always better to dress up! But also, be comfortable so you are able to dance with us! Gentlemen: We ask that you wear dress pants and a button down. Ladies: We ask that you wear a floor length dress or evening gown.

Ceremony & Reception Location
Answer
The ceremony will take place in the Garden at Nichols Heir. The reception & cocktail hour will take place at the Glass House. We ask that everyone parks and goes arrives at the glass house. All guests will then be shuttled to the Garden area for the ceremony to take place. There is multiple different venues in Nichols Heir. When arriving just follow the signs that say Glass House. Our ceremony will be held outdoors weather permitting. If anyone knows about Tennessee weather it could be very hot or cold. Please watch the weather but be prepared for both temperatures. The cocktail hour will also be held outside! Our reception will be inside!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask that you arrive by 2:00 PM so everyone is seated before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM. Guests arriving after 2:20 are kindly asked to wait outside the ceremony until it has concluded. Sevierville, Tennessee can be a very busy place during this time of year. Please allow yourself enough travel time incase you are to hit traffic. This venue is located on a curvy backroad. If you are not used to these roads they can be a bit scary.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are hosting an intimate wedding so we are only able to accommodate the names on the invitation.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
There is a parking lot for 75 cars and also overflow parking. If you are parked in the overflow parking lot there will be golf carts to shuttle you to the venue.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be a cash bar provided for guests. If that interests you please bring cash.
