The Story of Us.

Like a few other couples we know, we have the good ole' Queen Creek Performing Arts Center to thank for bringing us together! We would occasionally brush shoulders when Javi was working as the technician-extraordinaire and Haylee music directed the community theatre productions. In January of 2018, we were working on Sister Act together. During tech week, more than one person may have commented on the bit of flirting that went on as we ran sound together. As we were striking the show, Javi asked me if we could get lunch some time. Of course I agreed but when it came time to make plans, I suggested dinner. I knew I liked him for more than just lunch. :) Well, it's been love, infatuation, friendship, and commitment ever since! And, there is concrete documentation of our coming together! We both ended up being photographed and featured in the town newspaper promoting the show! At the time of the photos and interviews, we hadn't started dating yet, but we like to think it was a good sign.
