Let’s Clear Things Up Before the Big Day!
Question

How/When should I RSVP

Answer

To RSVP, click the tab on this webpage that is labeled “RSVP” and type your name listed on your envelope (first & last name) if you are or are not able to attend. When you put your name into the RSVP it will let you know if you do have a +1 available. Most families are grouped together for RSVP automatically so it will be easier on your end. If you are farther out of town I would recommend to RSVP and book through our hotel block ASAP. Please RSVP no later than May 12th, 2026

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved blocks at the Holdiay Inn Fargo. They will also provide shuttle to and from venue (please be aware that this shuttle only hauls 8 people at a time) you can find more information for hotel on the travel page of this site! Please also be aware you have until May 12th to book through our block!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones we kindly request an adults-only celebration as we already are limited to an invite list! Please secure a sitter, bring your dance shoes and enjoy a date night with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15–30 minutes early. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to include everyone due to limited space guests who have received plus one on their invitation can bring a guest, thanks for understanding!

I can’t make it—what should I do?

Answer

No worries! Please RSVP “no/decline” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. We’ll miss you! <3

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We are planning to have a non-Traditional registry, instead we are saving up for home renovations to work on after the wedding. Contributions towards that would be incredibly appreciated!

What’s the parking situation?

Answer

Free parking is available at the venue. Carpooling or ridesharing is always appreciated. There is also a shuttle service at the holiday inn that will bring you to and from venue (please be aware the shuttle to and from holiday inn only holds 8 people at a time)

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see you dress up for our big day! Please wear any formal wear that you are comfortable in! No white please :)

What’s for dinner?

Answer

For dinner we will be having a buffet style Mexican spread.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Pines Black, which is an indoor venue. There will be outdoor games and activities available during cocktail hour!
