What is the dress code?

Answer

Funky formal Think classic formalwear, but with a twist — colour, frills, feathers, sequins, tulle etc. Have fun with it! Dress up and wear something that makes you feel great. Come ready to celebrate and dance!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have arranged shuttle buses to and from the venue, with pick-up and drop-off at a central location. This location is yet to be confirmed, but it will most likely be The Star Casino. Please let us know if you plan to use this service so we can finalise numbers. We’ll keep everyone updated as the date approaches.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes - the guest car park can hold up to 50 cars. Cars can be left at the guest car park overnight; they will need to be collected by 9:30am the following morning. Guests will need to communicate with the Wedding Venue Coordinator on the day to ensure they have access to pick the car up the following morning.

Where are the bride and groom staying?

Answer

We’ll be staying at one of the hotels at The Star and making a long weekend of it. For anyone else staying at The Star, all of the hotels share access to the main resort pool area — perfect for relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying a few cocktails together.

Do you have a gift registry or wishing well?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honour us with something extra, a contribution to our wishing well would be greatly appreciated as we begin creating new memories together.
