Shuttle

Shuttle between hotels and venue

June 27, 2026 3:45 pm - 10:45 pm

A shuttle will be running between the hotels in our block and the ceremony venue. The Courtyard Marriott and Fairfield Inn & Suites share a parking lot, so the shuttle will cover both. The shuttle will depart at 3:45pm from the hotels to the venue for the ceremony. The shuttle will pick up from the wedding venue and drop off to the hotels at 9:30pm and 10:45pm.

Flight

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)

MSN is a small, easy to navigate airport. There are direct flights in and out of most major airports depending on airline (e.g. MCO, DEN, DTW, ORD). If you are flying in through a smaller airport (e.g. DSM, GRR, AZO), expect to have a connecting flight.
