The ceremony will take place inside the barn located behind the venue and begin at 4:30 PM. Following the ceremony, please enjoy a cocktail hour hosted within the pavilion area. The reception will begin at 6:00 PM under the tented area.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the pavilion where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.
Yes! We have a shuttle service to bring our guests to and from the venue. Each trip can hold a max of 45 people, so the earlier you arrive, the better. We have scheduled: Pick up times from the Courtyard to Chamberlain Farm: starting at 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Drop off times from Chamberlain Farm back to the Courtyard: 9:00 PM, 9:45 PM and final trip 10:30 PM. There will be parking available at the venue if you prefer should you decide not to take the shuttle.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Yes, there will be an after party at the bar inside the Courtyard Marriott Hotel from about 11:00 pm to 12:30 am.
