Bride
Haylee- I met you at Lake City Playhouse in Coeur d'Alene. You were this shy quiet girl who was excited to be involved in the theater world and relatively new to it at the time. We began talking, which then led to you staying with me at the theater until odd hours of the morning while I was designing shows. Before I knew it, I was meeting your family, hanging out at your house, and getting to know you. Very quickly the world changed, and COVID became our reality. Graciously, your family showed me the utmost kindness in letting me stay with you during this time. I distinctly remember when it was over, leaving to go home, and coming back a week later because your house was too 'different' without me. Allowing me to get closer to you by the day. This December, we moved out and started on our new journey, owning a home. I was in awe of the things that we had accomplished and the things that we still have plans to do, and the people we intend to become. On February 14th, after asking the permission of your father, I asked you the greatest question on earth, to become my wife. I am pleased to introduce you, my bride, as the silly, funny, emotional, caregiver that you are. You have the biggest heart and I absolutely love supporting you in your journey to become an RN. You have shown me what it is like to love, and be loved unconditionally, and that with a little hard work we can get through anything that we may ever need to. I love you, and I cannot wait until 08.12.23.
Groom
Michael- I remember meeting you at Lake City Playhouse in CDA almost three years ago now. I immediately noticed how strong-willed you are and how your support for others was immense. You also hated when people mentioned anything about Michael Scott from "The Office", but I still poked fun at you for a bit about it. We became good friends very quickly and we spent time together often, mostly after midnight at the Playhouse so you weren't alone when you had to design shows by yourself. I knew you were something special the first time we spent time together outside of work because of how much you cared about me as a person. You truly looked out for me no matter the circumstance since day 1 and you continue to do so today. I can't believe how far we've grown together since then and how much we truly leaned on each other when we needed it. No matter what, I can always count on you to keep me above water when I need it. I love that you have a wonderful relationship with my friends and family and I fall deeper in love with you every time I see you in your happiest moments. I have learned how to work together as a team in more ways than I could imagine and I'm determined for it to stay that way for the rest of our lives. With us going into our dream careers, I can't help but look forward to our future together, and I truly cannot wait until we are officially married on August 12, 2023. Here's to us, Michael Scott!
Maid of Honor
My beautiful baby sister. Even before Michael and I started dating I knew that if I ever got married that I would pick my sister as my Maid of Honor. I can't imagine anyone more fit for the role. I have full faith that Alyssa would make our day more special than ever with her right by my side. She supports me through everything and loves me unconditionally, especially through our roughest moments in life. She holds me accountable when I need it the most and is not afraid to tell me the honest truth, which will come in handy when I need her opinion on anything, especially wedding planning! I'm so excited and grateful to have my sister by my side and in my bridal party.
Best Man
A man of many talents. 'Uncle Richy' is going to be my best man in my ceremony. The guy who sparked my passion for medicine years ago when I watched him undertake his journey to becoming a Physicians Assistant while he came a supported me through my many seasons of Drum Corps Tour, hanging out the night of the show at Slackwater Pizza in Utah. I am thrilled to have him as my best man. Throughout life, he has always made time for me, whether in person or over the phone. He stayed up later than he normally would to help me with homework and give me general life advice about relationships and personal struggles. Uncle Rich is definitely someone I have looked up to in my life, and will be happy to share the memory of our special day with for years to come.
Bridesmaid
My gorgeous friend where do I even begin! Jenna and I first met in PE class in 6th grade, but we didn't become friends until 7th grade when her and her friend group, which would soon become mine as well, invited me to with them to the middle school dance. We practically grew up together and I can't count how many times I have pulled all-nighters at this girl's house all through-out middle school and high school. We've gone from pre-teens playing Roblox and eating too many hot-cheetos, to growing up, finding our dream careers and planning a wedding. Jenna is the silliest, most bubbly, and spontaneous person I have ever met and I know she will be the one to make our day as fun, exciting and memorable as she possibly can.
Groomsman
Tony and I met through mutual friends and our passion for the theatrical arts. Right away we became good friends through group events and after parties. Tony has been there through my biggest life changes and continued to support both Haylee and me in any way he could think of. Most recently, Tony helped me plan a birthday extravaganza for Haylee, which included us mimicking our favorite comedian in order to do so. Long nights, late hours, and extra doses of shenanigans are what make our friendship strong and fun. I am more than excited to have him stand with us on our special day!
Bridesmaid
Oh Brooke, I am so excited to have you stand by my side in our wedding. Brooke and I met Junior year of high school in an English class that we both hated. We barely talked until we started to have lunch together and I really started to get to know her. Brooke is the most reliable, supportive, and comforting friend and she will answer any call, even if it's a stupid one where I'm having a mental breakdown at 3 am and for some reason she's still awake to answer. Even through theater together at Lake City Playhouse, she was the most talented and supportive person you could ever work with. I admire Brooke and all she has gone through in life and I feel so loved and excited to have her in my wedding party! I know she's going to be my voice in reason and give me exactly the support I need on our big day. Love you, nerd!
Groomsman
Hunter and I currently work together at American Medical Response in Spokane. Hunter and I met after he overheard me talking about medicine and being excited about starting my new job at AMR last year. Hunter and I attended the CWU Paramedicine program together as well as Hunter brought both Haylee and me to 'Journal Club' where we have grown in our knowledge and networking ability thanks to him! Hunter is a fantastic friend, soon-to-be paramedic, and an overall great person who has been involved in Haylee's and my life for the last year of our engagement. When asked to join our day, Hunter lit up with joy and eagerly accepted the invitation. We couldn't be more excited to have him!
Bridesmaid
Julia and I have been through so much together! We have been friends for 13 years now and we met when we were both in 4th grade in Mrs. Hudson's class. We quite literally grew up together and both witnessed our worst and embarrassing yet best phases of our lives. Julia and I lost touch a little bit when she moved to Colorado after college, but since she's been back in Idaho for about a year now, we've become closer than ever. Julia is so supportive and is always down to hang out, whether it's studying medicine together or planning road trips for fun, which we never end up actually doing! Julia is the most fun, outgoing, smart, and beautiful soul I know and I'm so happy to have her by my side at our wedding. I know she'll be there to make everything as fun and memorable as possible! I love you, Jules!
