Can I take pictures at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We really really REALLY want to see just your beautiful faces at our beach ceremony! Please NO phones out for pictures! At the reception, take as many pictures as you want! Even check out our personalized snapchat filter the day of!

How far is the Postcard Inn from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

If you're coming from Tampa International Airport, the ride is about 35 minutes with no traffic, and maybe 45 if you hit rush hour. if coming from St. Pete/Clearwater airport, it's less than a 30 minute drive!

What does the parking situation look like if we're renting a car for the weekend?

Answer

Complimentary parking comes with your hotel room rental! When you check in, they will give you a "fob" to scan into the private parking area on either side of the resort based on where your room is located. If you are staying off premises, please let Caitlyn or Emily know so they can get you a parking pass or a discounted day parking rate.

Is the hotel doing anything currently to help keep guests safe regarding COVID - 19?

Answer

There are quite a few things they are doing. Here's a list below! 1) The city of St. Petersburg just implemented a mask mandate so while you are inside the main lobby, you should have your mask on! 2) There are only to be 2-4 people allowed in the elevators at a time. 3) They are only doing house keeping by request to prevent further interactions with guests. If you need extra items, just call the front desk and they'll bring them up to you! 4) They are keeping their event venues such as the "Garden" and ceremony spaces at 50% capacity of what it can hold. Our guest numbers currently fit within the 50%! Yay! 5) Their buffet breakfast is closed currently but there is another coffee shop in the lobby. If we can have the buffet at the wedding, it will be served by employees with masks and gloves on. 6) They are disinfecting and cleaning frequently touched surfaces. Sounds like we're in good hands.

What does the timeline look like on the wedding day?

Answer

Check out the "Schedule" page for more details! You have the entire day to yourselves and the ceremony will be taking place at 5 PM on the beach and the reception and cocktail hour will take place starting at 5:30 PM in the Garden.
