Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation for guests. Both the ceremony and reception are easily accessible with free parking. We also recommend carpooling and rideshare apps.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place indoors. However, the reception venue (the Vineyard) does have an outdoor area you’re welcome to explore!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:00 PM to allow time to park and get seated before the processional begins.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

When formal invitations are sent out, you’ll have the option to RSVP by mailing back the RSVP card included with your invitation or by using the RSVP feature on this website. Simply choose the method that’s most convenient for you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you can take this opportunity to enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest or plus one?

We are keeping our guest list intimate. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out!

Are food and drinks provided during the Reception?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail Hour will include drinks and appetizers, followed by a full dinner (Italian style), dessert, and an open bar. Come ready to eat, drink, and celebrate!

I have a dietary restriction - who should I contact?

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions - we will do our best to accommodate! If you have a severe allergy or specific concern, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We've listed some hotel recommendations on our website. Georgetown and Salado are both about 20-25 minutes from the Vineyard. If you'd like to be closer to the church where the ceremony begins, we recommend staying in Salado. If you prefer going out and exploring after the reception, we recommend staying in Georgetown as Salado is a very small city. There are also a few rooms available on the Vineyard property itself. These rooms are more expensive than a standard hotel room and are currently being reserved for close family and friends traveling from out of town. If you are interested in staying at the Vineyard, please contact Jess or Luke directly to see if any rooms are still available.
