FAQs

If you have any other questions please reach out to Sarah and Jordan directly!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 28th. This will give us enough time to prepare a final headcount for our caterer.

Question

Will you have any covid precautions in place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outside and we are expecting between 50-60 guests. We will not require guests to wear masks, but we will provide surgical style masks and hand sanitizer for anyone who would like one. We fully understand that some may not feel comfortable attending social gatherings right now and completely respect the decision to decline and love everyone regardless! If you are sick, please please please stay home.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual dress. The wedding venue is outside so please dress accordingly for the weather forecast.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you will be seated on time.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Please just let us know so we can make sure to have a correct headcount for catering.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will be including plus ones on the formal invitations, but dates are welcome!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are at the same location and there is parking onsite. There will be a shuttle bus from the Hampton Inn Ashtabula that can bring guests to the venue and back at the end of the night if you prefer not to drive.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus that will take guests from the Hampton Inn Ashtabula to the venue and back at the end of the night. There are 24 seats available on the bus. The shuttle will leave from the hampton inn hotel at 2:40pm, stop at America's Best Value in at 2:45 and arrive at the venue around 3:05pm. It will go back to those two hotels at the end of the night at approximately 10pm, 10:45pm, and 11:30pm

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Because we have been living together for several years already, we have most of what we need and have decided not to do a traditional registry. Your presence at the wedding is gift enough, but if you would like to give us a gift we would appreciate donations towards our dream honeymoon in Hawaii! See the registry page for details.
