FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We kindly ask everyone wears cocktail attire. Here is a pinterest board with options if you're unsure: https://pin.it/6yUEv3Nuu For men, this means suit or button down shirts and dress pants (bow tie/tie optional). For women, floor-length or midi length dress, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and weather.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will allow for you to be welcomed to the venue, as well as make sure you have time to head to the garden for the ceremony to begin by 5:00pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation is specifically addressed to the people we are able to accommodate for our wedding. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outside, cocktail hour in a mixed indoor/outdoor space so guests can pick their own adventure, and reception will indoors. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious wearing heels.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'no' so we can plan accordingly. If something last minute comes up, please text Sarah or Nick directly.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 5th. This will help us finalize all details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking. If you leave your car overnight, it must be picked up before 10am or you will be at risk of being towed. We recommend everyone scheduling an Uber or Lyft for 11pm on the night of May 17th, as our final exit will be at 10:45pm.

Question

Can i take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We're having an unplugged ceremony, so please keep phones and cameras away until after the "I do's". After that, please snap away and share all the fun photos and videos!
