Coworkers to Friends to Forever. The couple met at the restaurant Wild Goats in Kent, Ohio while Timothy was a line cook and Spencer was a server. Timothy would "innocently" make her chocolate chip pancakes during their shifts and Spencer would "joke around" about being work wife/husband and the elaborate honeymoon they went on. During the pandemic, their friendship blossomed while working together more frequently than before and soon enough they began their love story.

At Parker Dam State Park, a very special place for the Cole/Gray Family, while in the fresh air and the beauty of nature, Timothy got down on one knee and asked Spencer if she would marry him! After some excited laughing and cheering, she eventually gave her answer of "Oh, sorry! Yes!"
