What is the origin story of Todd?

Answer

Todd is 15 minutes from our house. Todd, originally called Elkland, became a lumber boom town and was the end of the Virginia Creeper Railroad Line. It is located on the New River which is one of the oldest rivers in the world and is northern flowing.
