Hayes and I met while I was on a facetime call with my cousin Bailey. She was out to eat with Hayes' family and decided to call me and put him on the phone. It was awkward for the both of us to say the least. Bailey always told me: "it works on paper." That call led to our first date on January 2nd, 2025. After that first date, the rest is history. We didn't spend much time apart after that. I knew around the second date that I was going to marry him. We did everything together; from duck hunting, to boat rides on the river and somehow always eating at the mexican restaurant. Hayes asked me to be his girlfriend on Valentines Day. He showed me qualities of a godly man - the type of man I've always prayed for. I've seen the Lord's hand on us since the very beginning. It's been a long, hard road to get where we are but the Lord has blessed us tremendously. On August 1st, 2025, Hayes asked me the easiest question I've ever answered: "Will you marry me?" We cannot wait to celebrate with you as we start this new chapter together!
