After we receive everyone’s RSVPs and lodging details, we’ll select the most convenient hotel pickup location. Final pickup times and locations will be confirmed by the end of July. Please revisit this page closer to the wedding date for the latest transportation details.

Garden Formal attire: Please wear elegant outdoor-ready attire such as midi or maxi dresses or dressy jumpsuits for ladies, and suits with dress shoes for gentlemen, and kindly avoid jeans, overly casual outfits, all-white looks, and stilettos that may sink into the grass.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly request guests to arrive 20-30 minutes early to be seated. We kindly ask that you join us in being fully present during our ceremony by keeping phones and devices tucked away — this will be an unplugged, no-phone ceremony so we can all share the moment together. We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding for guests staying at the Residence Inn.

After a full day of celebrating Haydon & Madison, the shuttle will be available to take guests back to the hotel for a well-earned recharge.
