Dress attire is formal. Pink and Navy dress options are preferred, but optional.

Once you receive your invitation, we kindly ask for you to mail in the RSVP card.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
The guest list is limited to the number of people the venue can accommodate, so unfortunately, no extra wedding guests will be able to attend. We appreciate your understanding.

What weather should I expect?
Answer
The average high is around 75 degrees and the average low is around 48 degrees. Typically, Colorado Springs has beautiful weather in September.

What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask all guests to arrive between 3:00-3:15 to the Broadmoor. The ceremony will be taking place outside on the Lakeside Terrace.

The ceremony is at 3:30pm.

Is there transportation to & from the wedding ceremony?
Answer
Yes, transportation will be provided from the Courtyard Marriott to the Broadmoor for the ceremony. There will also be transportation provided from the Broadmoor to the Courtyard Marriott at different times throughout the evening. More specific details will be announced as we get closer to the wedding date.

How late does the wedding go?

The wedding reception ends at 11:00pm.

When do we need to rsvp by?
Answer
We kindly ask everyone to mail back their RSVP card by August 1st at the latest.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside on the Lakeside Terrace. Cocktail hour will be inside in the Pompeiian Hall. Dinner and dancing will be inside the Main Ballroom.

Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
Answer
Yes. All wedding events will be at The Broadmoor.
