Hike up to Bequia's highest point - Ma Peggy, and see Bequia from the clouds. You’ll get a 360 degree of Bequia, St. Vincent, Mustique, Baliceax, Isle De Quatre, Battowia, and the other neighboring islands on a clear day. Simply walk from the hotel to La Pompe and ask one of the many friendly locals about the trail head. For the best views of St. Vincent hike up Spring Estate to Spring Top. The public park has the best views of St. Vincent on a clear day and is pleasantly breezy. Take a pair of binoculars and see all the boats passing through the channel. You may see a few whales in the distance! There are a few tables and chairs at the view point so a picnic up there is a must! Cinnamon Garden and Bequia Head are great trails as well. Ask your taxi driver where the trail starts or call Bushman Brent for a guided tour!
Port Elizabeth (often referred to as The Harbour) is the island's capital and the centre-point of Bequia. A favourite stop amongst sailors and yachtsmen for supplies, repairs, and just plain fun! Port Elizabeth wraps around Admiralty Bay from Hamilton to the Belmont Walkway which connects the colourful jumble of shops, restaurants and bars lining the walkway to Princess Margaret Beach. Highlights include the tourism office on the island's only roundabout to fruit sellers on front street, quaint cafes and small family-owned grocery stores such as Knights and the iconic Doris!
Discover the unspoilt Tobago Cays, an archipelago lagoon of five small islands protected by a stunning coral reef. Offering pristine snorkelling opportunities with wild hawksbill turtles in their natural habitat and indigenous iguanas on the islands.
Cross country Golf on Bequia On the Firefly property is the only cross-country golf course in the Grenadines. Grab some friends and hit a few rounds on the rolling greens and hills of the quaint course. After a game or two, enjoy a delicious artisanal martini at the bar. This is only a 9 hole course.
