What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

The easiest way to travel to and from our wedding ceremony and reception is to use the provided shuttle or drive your own vehicle. Shuttle transportation details can be found under the Travel & Accommodations tab. Please note that Uber and Lyft are not reliable or available in the area of the wedding venue, so we strongly recommend planning to either take advantage of the shuttle service or drive yourself. Cars ARE NOT PERMITTED to be left overnight at the venue, so if you choose to drive, please plan accordingly.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! A room block has been reserved at Treasure Island Resort & Casino. Please visit the Travel & Accommodations tab for full booking details and additional information.

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

We recommend flying into Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), which is the most convenient airport for our wedding location.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. For women, cocktail dresses and midi dresses are all great choices. For men, suits with dress shirts and slacks fit the style perfectly. Other excellent options include blazers, button-ups, or any outfit that feels elevated and celebratory.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

Answer

Our registry is available directly through our wedding website. You can access it through the link provided on our invitation and/or on the "registry" tab above.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

We would be delighted to accept cards at the wedding. As we live out of state, we kindly ask that all wedding gifts be mailed to: 800 Foundation St. Unit 1429 Charleston, SC 29492

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 PM, so please plan to arrive a bit early.

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

Our reception will conclude at 9:15 PM. The last shuttle back will follow shortly after.

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP through our wedding website. Head to the RSVP page, enter your name, and follow the prompts to let us know if you’ll be celebrating with us!

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. Please note that OVERNIGHT PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED!

Is this an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras)?

Answer

Yes — we kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. We have a wonderful photographer and will share photos afterward. After the ceremony has concluded, you’re welcome to take photos and use your phones.

Are outside food and beverages allowed?

Answer

Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the venue. We will have food and drinks available for guests to enjoy.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

This is a non‑smoking venue. Smoking is not permitted.
