What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our website or via text by February 18th 2026. The earlier the better!

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. No jeans or cowboy boots!

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. It will be moved inside in case of rain. The reception will be held indoors. The weather in St. Louis is quite unpredictable, but the average high on April 18th is around 68F (20C) and the average low is approximately 47F (8C). Please dress accordingly.

Can I bring a plus-one?

All invited guests are listed on the RSVP page on our website. No additional plus-ones are allowed.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

You will be able to specify your allergy or dietary restrictions on the RSVP. We can accommodate.

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

All guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. Uber and Lyft rides are available. We encourage guests to reserve a ride ahead of time to avoid longer wait times or higher fees. Please keep in mind Chandler Hill Vineyards is located in the countryside 40 minutes outside of St. Louis.

What happens after the ceremony?

Immediately following the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour with appetizers and open bar, followed by a seated dinner. This will all be held at Chandler Hill Vineyards.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Due to space limitations of the restaurant, only immediate family and wedding party will be able to attend. Your RSVP page will list the events you are invited to.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 6pm. Please arrive no later than 5:45pm to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is ample free parking on the venue premises. If the upper lot is full, there is a bigger parking lot just down the hill and a free shuttle service can take you up to the main building. The venue will not allow overnight parking once the wedding ends at 11pm.
