Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4 pm MST. That being said, we recommend all guests arrive around 3:30 pm so they have enough time to get comfortable and find a seat.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. We ask that men wear a dress shirt and pants. Jackets are optional. For the ladies, a maxi dress with a minimal pattern. We ask you to kindly reserve the color navy for the wedding party. Just a friendly reminder, the ceremony is outside, so bring a warm jacket.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

The sooner the better. We want all guests to give us an RSVP by October. If you need to change your RSVP, please reach out to us directly.

How to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that everyone RSVP individually with exactly how many people will be attending. Everyone who is invited will have their name on the invitation. Please also note your meal choice on the dinner tab.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle service for guests to use after the reception. The shuttle runs from 10:30pm -2 am to anywhere in Canmore.

Can I take photos during the cermony?

Answer

We ask all guests to please keep their phones away during the ceremony! We will share our amazing photographer's photos with the guests.

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held on the Three Sisters Patio. This is on site at Silvertip Resort and will be an outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor reception.

Question

What time is the reception over?

Answer

The last call from the bar will be at 12:30 am, and the bar will officially close at 1:00 am. All guests must vacate the property at 1:30 am.
