In early 2021, Hayden and Maddi crossed paths and instantly clicked. What started as a simple introduction quickly turned into countless conversations, endless laughter, and a desire to spend every possible moment together. In the beginning, they went on dates nearly every single night. From bowling and dinners to hiking, hammocking, movie nights, and aimless drives, they were always finding new ways to spend time together. Before long, they realized they were spending so much time together that moving in together just made sense. Besides, rent was probably cheaper than all the dates they were going on anyway. As the months turned into years, their love story grew into something even more beautiful than they could have imagined. Together they built a home, a family, and a life filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. These days, some of their favorite things to do are camping, playing card and board games, and making time for date nights whenever they can. Their greatest adventure began when they welcomed their son, Wesley, who made their little family complete. In February 2026, during a weekend getaway to Coeur d’Alene, Hayden proposed at the Coeur d’Alene Resort. The trip was originally planned as a Valentine’s Day getaway, but thanks to a booking mix-up, they ended up celebrating a few days later instead. As it turns out, everything happened exactly the way it was supposed to. During a perfect weekend spent together as a family, Hayden asked Maddi to spend forever with him. Nearly six years after they first met, they’re still each other’s favorite person to spend time with. They can’t wait to celebrate with all of their favorite people as they begin the next chapter of their story together.
