Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location in an indoor/outdoor venue. The address is 3 Raymond Baker Rd, Yorkville, TN 38389

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a great list of hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night! This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book! There are also several Airbnb and VRBO properties in the area that you can find on each platforms website!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available and a parking attendant will be there to direct you when you arrive!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer named Macy, and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We would love for all of our friends and family to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We encourage you to take as many the photos/videos once the ceremony is over!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venues capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Cards and Gifts

Answer

Your presence is more than enough! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon fund, a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception or you may utilize the online giving option that can be found under the "Registry" tab.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 2:30 pm CST. We ask that guests please arrive anytime between the timeframe of 2:00 and 2:30 CST. This will allow you ample time for parking and finding your seat, while still allowing the photographer to capture their pre-ceremony photos. We appreciate your assistance in ensuring our day runs smoothly.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We would love for you to get dressy with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening! We kindly ask that you do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivory, blushes, etc. other than that feel free to wear anything you feel comfortable in!
